Refund & Rescheduling Policy

1. Consultation Fee Non-Refundability

• Strict Non-Refundable Policy: Consultation fees paid for medical consultations (in-person or online video consultations) are strictly non-refundable.
• Payment Confirmation: Once a consultation fee has been paid, no cash, credit card, or payment-method refund will be provided, including instances where the patient subsequently decides not to proceed with or cancels the consultation.
• Professional Assessment: The consultation fee covers the professional clinical time and assessment provided by the physician during the scheduled consultation.

2. Rescheduling & Slot Transfer Policy

• Rescheduling Requests: Patients who are unable to attend their scheduled consultation may submit a request to reschedule their appointment slot.
• Advance Notice: Patients must contact the clinic as early as possible prior to the appointment time to request a change of date.
• Availability & Transfer: Rescheduling is subject to the physician's schedule and slot availability. The original consultation fee may be transferred to the newly rescheduled slot at clinic discretion.
• No Cash Refund: Rescheduling or slot transfer does not constitute or entitle the patient to a monetary refund.

3. Missed Appointments & Forfeiture

• No-Show Policy: A missed appointment without prior notification to the clinic will be considered a completed and forfeited appointment.
• No Refund for Missed Slots: No cash, bank, or electronic payment refund will be provided for missed appointments.

4. Excluded Investigations & External Services

The consultation fee strictly covers the physician's professional time. Laboratory investigations, diagnostic imaging, medical procedures, medications, or hospital admissions recommended during consultation are charged separately by the respective diagnostic lab or hospital provider and are governed by their respective billing policies.
