1. Consultation Fee & Scope of Service

• Fee Scope: The consultation fee paid by the patient is strictly for the medical consultation and professional time provided during the scheduled appointment.
• Excluded Services: The consultation fee does not include laboratory investigations, diagnostic imaging, procedures, prescribed medications, hospital admission, or other medical services unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Separate Charges: Investigations, procedures, medications, or hospital admission recommended during or after consultation are charged separately by the relevant provider or hospital facility.
• Clinical Outcomes: A consultation does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, treatment outcome, prescription, investigation result, or clinical response.
• Patient Responsibility: Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history, previous investigation reports, and medication records.
• Online Consultation Advance Payment: For video/online consultations, the consultation fee is payable in advance.

2. Appointment Policy

• Consultations are provided by prior appointment.
• Patients should arrive on time for in-person consultations at Parklane Hospital Clifton Karachi.
• Appointment availability is subject to the physician's clinical schedule.
• For online consultations, patients should ensure a stable internet connection and a suitable private environment.

3. Refund, Rescheduling & Exchange Policy

Consultation fees are strictly non-refundable once paid. Once a consultation fee has been paid, no cash or payment refund will be provided. Rescheduling of appointments is allowed subject to physician availability. For complete terms, please read our dedicated Refund & Exchange Policy.
